The Motion Design Lab is the home for the work and research of Daniel Goscha. I am currently an educator and researcher in Graphic Design and Digital Media at Nicolet College. My research interests include typography in time-based media, applying the principles of graphic design to filmmaking, examining integrative hand-machine processes to create humanisticly driven images and designs not capable of being created by digital processes alone, and the integration of Japanese aesthetics and aesthetic concepts (in particular wabi-sabi and mono no aware) into design and typography.
